Orders placed before 2pm are aimed to be dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 2pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

• England, Scotland, and Wales: Deliveries usually take 1 working day. However, external events may occasionally cause delays.
• Scottish Highlands: Deliveries typically take 2-5 working days and may incur additional charges.
• Northern and Southern Ireland: Deliveries usually take 2-3 working days from dispatch.
• Outside Mainland UK: Delivery costs are kept to a minimum and are calculated at checkout.

Some larger orders may require a signature upon delivery. In these cases, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm your availability.

We strive to keep delivery costs as low as possible. For orders outside mainland UK, any additional costs are added at checkout.

You have a 14-day cooling-off period to change your mind. To return a product:

• Ensure it is unopened and in resalable condition.
• Return it within 14 working days from the purchase date.
• Cover the return costs and arrange your own courier to protect against damage or loss during transit.

Once we receive the returned item in good condition, we will process your refund promptly.
